Moi, c'est Samantha. J'ai lu de nombreux témoignages sur le site.
Aujourd'hui, je me sens enfin prête à faire entendre ma
voix.
J'ai été violée par mon ex mari en 2007. Il est
diplomate. On s'était rencontrés cinq ans plus tôt.
Notre histoire avait pourtant bien débuté mais, très
vite, il a montré des signes de violences, surtout psychologiques...
selon lui, je n'étais qu'une pute car, avant lui, j'avais déjà
eu des rapports sexuels. J'ai perdu ma grand-mère en avril 2007
et, là, il a su se montrer tendre et me soutenir durant cette
période difficile. Néanmoins, après ce petit intermède,
la relation a commencé à se dégrader. Nous nous
disputions très fréquemment. But, I loved him and did
my best to make our relationship work.One day, I wanted to please him.
But he denied that I offered. I am so angry and we have played.
On returning to the marital home, I wanted to leave it by taking our
children (2 girls and 1 boy) with me. But he took my keys and locked
me in the guest room so I did not start. He said that if I was leaving
and asked for divorce in taking the children he would kill me. So I
ended up staying.During the night he joined me in the guest room and
wanted to make love with me. But I do not want. As the children slept
upstairs, he ordered me to shut up. Despite my fear, I protested. That
has not changed.
The next morning I left the matrimonial home by taking the children.
Two days later I filed for divorce and sole custody of children. This
has been granted six months later.
His diplomatic immunity prevents me to sue for tout ce qu'il m'a fait
subir.
I continued to pretend for nearly 1 year. And I lost a friend in an
accident. My life has completely changed since then. I am not married
again for fear of reliving the same hell. I am followed by a psychologist.
I do not think it should again be happy with a man. I have already suffered
too much due to the male.

Bonjour,
Votre témoignage montre bien, que la violence touche tous les
niveaux sociaux, toutes les cultures ; la personne violente aime prendre
le pouvoir sur l'autre et quand en plus, elle dispose d'une certaine
puissance et protection que lui confère son statut social, l'injustice
me semble encore plus honteuse.
La Loi devrait être applicable à tous et notamment dans
les sphères de l'état.
